Intro to Yoga is a series of four 60-minute sessions covering the basics: Simple Breathing Exercises, Standing Poses, Forward Bending, Back Bending, Twists, and some Inversions. This program is specially designed for new students who want to build a strong technical foundation and gain confidence before heading to a yoga studio.

Private Yoga sessions are tailored to the client’s individual needs and level, while allowing for more personalized attention.

Chakra Yoga is a series of classes designed to align the chakras (body’s energy centers), which creates a positive effect on your well-being.

Partner Yoga allows you to have the luxury of a class designed especially for you and a partner, or friend, or group of friends/colleagues. Private classes for two (or more) are a popular way to share the benefits and costs of individual guidance.

SEXY YOGA

Sexy Yoga was created by Cindy Castro who sought to design a unique yoga program which would allow her students to feel confident and liberated, while connecting to their natural sexuality. Sexy Yoga offers programs for both couples and single females that focus on the mind, body, and spirit, while exploring yoga postures and breathing exercises to activate sexual energy and increase awareness.
